The biggest issue we came across was the smell in the room. It smelled almost like old wet carpet that had been sitting for awhile. We went to the front desk and told the clerk about it, I don’t know the guys name, and he gave us another room key to see if it was any better, it was not, then told us basically that part of the hotel was older so it is what it is, sorry. We end to the near by Walmart and bought some Frebreeze to help the smell out. We only spent one night so there wasn’t much we could do. We were just traveling through. The hotel is very quiet which is really nice, the room seemed clean, and having a choice of restaurants plus a Walmart within walking distance is a plus. If you aren’t staying here but one night, and have some frebreeze handy, it’s an affordable place to stay.

Urine on the base of the toilet. Room reeked of mildew. Moved to another room, still reeked. Didn’t want to keep moving rooms. The hot tub smelt like urine, multiple hair balls/objects coming out of the jets. Will not book here again

It smelled so musty in our room and the hallway of our room. There was so much water damage on the walls of the hallway. The breakfast was really disappointing. Such a disappointment for a Marriott hotel.

Room smell like urine, shower had no water pressure and water was not very hot, bed was hard as a rock, despite telling the front desk that there was no towels at the swimming pool. He never did come in stock him so when I had to walk so wet the front desk and get towels, I opted to mop up the floor after drying myself off from the front desk all the way to the swimming pool to ensure somebody else didn’t ruin their day by cracking their head open.

The staff was very accommodating, polite, the amenities enjoyable, and the location perfect for us.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this property. The room was significantly overpriced given its condition and the overall experience fell well below the standards I expect from a Marriott-branded hotel. Upon arrival, we were not greeted— the man at the front desk made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than valued guests. As we made our way to the room, we noticed wallpaper peeling off the hallway walls, which immediately raised concerns about the property’s upkeep. When we entered our room, the first thing that stood out was a chair covered in large, unsightly stains. Later that evening, after returning from dinner, I discovered serious maintenance issues in the bathroom. Water was leaking from around the faucet where it connected to the wall, and when I attempted to pull the diverter for the shower, the entire faucet detached. The shower curtain was ripped, and the lack of transition trim between the bedroom and bathroom created a safety hazard. Even my 13-year-old child expressed concern upon entering, remarking, “I hope we don’t get bed bugs.” Overall, this property did not reflect the quality or care associated with the Marriott name. The condition of the room and the dismissive customer service were unacceptable. I expected far better and left feeling frustrated and disappointed.

No TV service. Room is dated. Bathroom too small. No glass in bathroom. We will NOT stay here again!

They were able to accommodate a late reservation. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. The building could use some TLC as the furnishings are dated. But overall, we would stay again.

Facility itsrlf was clean and in a safe area. Bathroom was terribly small. I kept hitting my foot with the door when opening because there was not enough toom to move away from the door.

Clean and nice. 2 queen room was comfortable and quiet. Pleasant surprise to see the continental breakfast included eggs, sausage, biscuits & gray! The property itself is going through some exterior maintenance and the wall paper of the interior halls needed some updates. All in all a pleasant stay. Also, Robert, the front desk attendant was very personable, pleasant and very helpful. The attendant that took care of the breakfast Saturday and Sunday was extremely pleasant, cheerful, very responsive and very welcoming. I didn't catch her name, but she was a gem!

We loved how friendly and informative the front desk was! Clean room, quiet stay.

Clerk was helpful and accommodated our request for a room away from the road. Breakfast had omelets and sausage, cereal, fruit, waffles, etc. Several letters on sign in front were burnt out making it difficult to locate in dark.
