Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Wichita Falls Northwest

Great place to stay. Only con is that the parking lot is a bit difficult to get to from the highway without missing the first entrance.

The location is good. Right off of the main highway. The area is well lit which is good as I am a female traveling alone. The rooms could use a bit of updating but they are clean and the facility is well taken care of. I would stay here again!

Don’t get room facing interstate- it’s like sleeping with window open that’s how loud it is. However, front desk moved our second night to another room at back of hotel and it was so much better!

The place was quiet, clean & perfect for our stay. The beds was comfortable & plenty of hot water. Not like any other motel I have ever stayed in. Will be visiting again if we ever go back to Wichita Falls. Great stay!

Love the staff’s willingness to accommodate our request due to the amount of luggage we were traveling with.

Everything was great

I had a very nice stay at the Fairfield, quiet place even with the youth baseball teams that were there. I had a nice place to walk my dogs. Breakfast for the most part looked good but the bananas were way past their prime. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were friendly and very courteous. Check in was quick and easy. Room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had excellent amenities!! Breakfast was good and a good selection of food and drinks.

Didn’t sleep due to road noise from the highway. The front desk said they couldn’t credit me because I booked on external app. The hotel is very nice, but it was difficult to enjoy the amenities of the new hotel without any sleep. I’ve learned since you can request a room opposite the highway which I would recommend in order to stay at this hotel.

very loud because of it being near highway, I checked in early and now think they should have given me a room on the other side of the building , other than that it was fine

Tv and thermostat were not in working order

We were unable to rent a car our 1st night but were able to walk to the United market and there was also a restaurant in walking distance.

Checkin was backed up because the hotel only had one person working, but once I got to the desk Sadie was very efficient and quick. Got to the room, everything appeared fine except it looked like housekeeping did not vacuum between guests. Then we turned down the beds. The sheets obviously had not been changed between occupants. One had a large brown stain of what appeared to be food (I hope) and a very long human hair on the fitted sheet. The second bed was covered in short human hairs near the foot of the bed. Contacted the desk and Sadie gave me the option of a new room since there was no housekeeping staff working that late (10pm). Went to get the new key and Sadie then offered fresh sheets, if we wanted to change them ourselves. I took this option. She did come photograph the problem so she could show her manager. Great service by Sadie. Terrible cleaning by whomever was responsible for our room. And I’m a little concerned that management only has one employee here at night. What if there is an emergency?
