Fairfield Inn & Suites Mansfield Ontario

They are in the middle of remodeling so it’s very loud during the day. The ice machine isn’t accessible due to construction and the front desk doesn’t have access to ice AND their little store didn’t have any water. The pool is closed for construction. Non of this was conveyed to us prior to check-in. The room was nice and clean.

Outstanding receptionist at check-in went above and beyond duty to assist me. Person who stocked the breakfast bar was efficient, friendly, and cheerful. It was a joy to have breakfast in her presence.

I have been staying in this property for over 15 years. Usually one or two times a year. Every Christmas, the pool is closed which really makes me angry. Just stayed this evening and the bathtub was so dirty that I would not take a bath in it, and there was no conditioner. Really disappointed

Room smelled musty, property old and not very clean.

Checking into this hotel was overall smooth. The room was comfy and clean. Only negative I saw was the curtains in the room were terribly ripped, but it didn't prevent me from resting throughout the night. I'll give this hotel a 4 out of 5.

The curtains were torn, the chair looks like a cat had scratched it up when you lay in the bed it leaned towards the middle and the shower wasn’t that clean it was HORRIBLE! You should never leave those items in a room! To think I was there with family due to my little cousin murdered, no comfort for sleep.

It did the job. Breakfast was a bit lacking for a Fairfield but price was good for the rooms. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Front desk staff very helpful.

I was so disappointed with how outdated this hotel was, especially for a Marriot. When we arrived we were told the pool was broke and being repaired. One of the reasons we booked there was so the kids could swim. The room was gross. Sheets were stained and had grass at the feet part of one of them. The curtains were torn and stained. Literally torn and shredded. We only had 2 towels for a family of 4. Other than that the room was okay, just very dated. Super disappointed and we spent $200 for a night.

The Continental breakfast everything was cold they were out of a lot of stuff. She said they had to wait till Monday to have boiled eggs no bananas I just wasn’t good.I would give them a F for failure on the breakfast
