Super convenient to stores restaurants freeway, wonderful and friendly staff

A great stay! Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel for an overnight stay in Wilmington. It’s in a great location, (right off a main road) the room was spacious and very quiet. We never heard another guest! Great amenities including a microwave and refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. Loved the apartment style room. The bed was a little soft but very comfortable. The breakfast was satisfactory- better eggs than most! Also enjoyed a noon checkout - never felt rushed to check out. Lastly, the price was incredible! 5 star stay.

The beds felt like clouds and it was quiet and peaceful in the room. The friendliness of staffing was exceptional.

The hotel really needs a deep cleaning. The elevators and hallways had debris and crumbs on the floors that were never vacuumed during a five day stay. The housekeeping in rooms wasn’t great, never received fresh towels and the breakfast options were limited.

What my family and I didn’t like was that: the toilet didn’t flush when we arrived (my daughter tried to use it) my husband and I had to add water to the back of the toilet to get it to work, and it was extremely dirty water that was in the toilet. The tv went out in the middle of the night and it took like 20 mins to get it back on. The pull out was so uncomfortable that my 7 year old daughter didn’t want to sleep on it. There wasn’t enough wash cloths when requested. The regular bed was just okay it could’ve been more comfortable as well as the pillows they were very worn in. One of the staff members for breakfast was quite rude, she was not friendly and had an attitude, which I didn’t understand why. But The front desk staff was nice and helpful , the manager on staff did send someone to come fix the toilet right away. Wish they had a jacuzzi, the pool was very small and super cold but it was in the inside and useful for the kids.

Everything was basically great. My complaint would be that they need to go back to pre covid days. I want my room made up and new towels for each day. I have to go to front desk for towels and get attitude about it! It’s not like you get a discount making your own bed and getting new towels!!

really enjoyed indoor swimming pool. bed a little too hard for me. would stay again though because all and all it was a great experience

Great hotel for the night. Clean, quiet. Friendly staff. No complaints. Close to beach and downtown Wilmington.

The front desk person, Jackson, was great. For the price the bed was nice, it was clean, and the breakfast wasn’t amazing or anything but it was free which was really nice. For just a standard hotel you need a place to sleep in this place is absolutely worth the money. Also it’s about 15/20 minutes to beach and most major areas and somewhat near downtown as well. For what it is it is 100% worth it

Fairfield Inn in Wilmington NC was a nice stay- great staff and room was clean. They had a nice variety for breakfast as well. Property could use some updating. I would stay there again.

Needs more parking

The property was nice. Small pool. Had to park on grass one night.
