I called ahead of time and got an unconvinced fee of 20 dollars which was okay and than at check in they doubled the price. As well as paying for wifi and than being told there is no wifi and or anything in the room but a plastic chair and a small bed.

Extremely basic - old thin towels, no lotion, thin watery oatmeal, scrambled eggs inedible, bed unmade- ridiculous price for this level of service. Hotel was clean but will never stay in a Fairfield Inn again.

The fire alarm went off several times throughout the day because of the heat and humidity in the pool area. It was a bit nerve-wracking

The room was supposed to have a decent TV, microwave and refrigerator. When we got to the room the TV didn't work and there was no microwave. Maintenance came up and fixed the TV and said that guests connect games and then they have to reset the TV. If you know this happens why wouldn't you check it when you're servicing the room before the next guest. We never did get a microwave and then the fire alarm went off and locked out the elevators, We were told it was accidently tripped by some performing work in the building.
Fairfield Inns are usually nice properties but I will never stay at this location again

Hotel was nice, we are a family of 4 and i thought the pull out bed would have been a bit bigger. It was more of a twin than a full size. Hotel was clean, close to food and in a relatively safe area. I would stay here again if they had 2 queen beds.
