Not a 5* property but top notch for a 3*. Service, cleanliness and breakfast were excellent. The beds were 5* in comfort! Practically in the mall
Parking lot, so shopping and restaurants were very close. Great last minute booking for a quick stay!

This isnt a reflection on the hotel. This is a poor experiance once again using Expedia. Horrible customer service as usual as you can't contact anyone that can understand concerns or contact me with supervisors.

You charge people extra money for something they don't want after paying for the room and then charging an extra 20 dollars for dangerous and food. That's not ok

The hotel was full of families there for a hockey tournament. It was extremely noisy throughout the day and evening. No one from the hotel did anything to quiet the noise. Also, the parking lot was very dangerous with ice and had not been fully plowed or shoveled. As a senior, I would never stay at this hotel again

Everything was good except the morning brunch, the sausage were like rubber and the eggs were runny (like they were not cooked enough). The other thing is the parking fee that you now have to pay. There is so much space around this hotel to park it is not like you have to park in a parking garage.

There were a whole bunch of young girls running up and down the hallways of all floors till at least 11 pm while it seemed their parents were in the lobby drinking and having what seemed to be a party. The continental breakfast was totally out of the question for my wife and I to even get near as the area was filled with all of the children who were essentially just hanging around which made it impossible to get to the food area and or seats.

Staff was very friendly and personable, hotel was clean and quiet (even being filled with hockey players), staff was very attentive to making sure there were towels in the pool area, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and filling as compared to most hotels. Would love to stay again in the future!
