Overall the place was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. I was not impressed that I paid for the room online and then got charged a second time when I checked in.

The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns.

Upon arrival the elevator was broken and there was only availability on the 3rd floor so we had to lug heavy suit cases up the steps. Then our room was extremely because of lack of light and the bathroom light flickered whenever the bathroom would dream up

We reserved and prepaid for two rooms with two queen beds for two adults and two teenagers. One of the adults in our party has a disability and uses a motorized scooter or wheel chair to get around. We arrived to check in and were told we had two rooms on the third floor. We were then told the elevator was down. I immediately let the clerk know that an individual in our group was unable to walk and required the use a wheelchair and she explained where the stairs were. I asked her to move at least one room to the lower level and she said she was unable to do that as they didn’t have the same room type available. After we went back and forth and she had to call a manager (multiple times as no one was answering that could help her). She then told us we could rent an additional room on the first floor for $179 and they could give us a $30 discount. Zero apology, their offer was insulting and discriminatory as we were just in need of a wheelchair accessible room as their elevator was suddenly out of service and no one failed to mention it or reach out. 2 hours from home with a meeting early the next morning we and two fully paid for non refundable rooms we were left with no other option but to shell out another nearly $200 for a room that Grandma could get to to sleep in. Absolutely disgusted by their discriminatory practices and lack of apology or ability to meet basic ADA needs.

Needed a place to stay while I was in town for the funeral of a close relative. The front desk person wanted to know the reason for my stay (which seemed like a question they ask/track for their own internal purposes) and it totally rubbed me the wrong way since I was actively grieving. The hotel was mostly okay and adequate for a night, though their cleaning staff need to pay closer attention to details - there was a huge hunk of hair (imagine someone cleaning out their brush) on the bathroom floor and it looked like housekeeping just pushed all the dirt from the floor into the corners and left it there. I’ll definitely explore other lodging options next time I’m in town to visit family.

Very quiet neighborhood quick check in

I asked for a Handicap room and was told they did not have any. My wife could not shower as it was unsafe for here. Grab bars in the tub were needed.

Comfortable all around. Decent breakfast, nice and quiet, everything in room worked, and slept well.

Close to multiple places to eat

It's conveniently located in downtown Hartsville. It was super easy to check in and out. Breakfast was delicious and was served early at 6am. That's perfect for people who are traveling and work in the construction trade.
