Highly recommend this hotel; I was in Chicago visiting for a festival and the room was in excellent conditions. Location was great since I dint get to spend money on Uber’s. Overall I would definitelly recommend to stay here.

Our initially assigned room had a noice AC making the wall (which had a mounted TV) shake a lot. We were then re-assigned to a new room.
Rooms seem to be outdated and not like the photos. It was underwhelming.

I’ve stayed twice here and have never been disappointed! The hotel is situated in the heart of everything Chicago. Millenium Park, Navy Pier, Michigan Ave are all short steps away or a quick bus stop. The property was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The king room was spacious and comfortable. I do wish there was a refrigerator at least to keep my own water cold. Other than that, no complaints at all about this hotel. Will stay again!

If you like privacy do not stay here. The house keeping entered our rooms many times unannounced throughout the day, one knock and immediately open the door before we could even answer, 3+ times in the day not including when they did the initial clean. We had to make sure to have a friend in the room to have a shower. Upon arrival there was a dirty towel on our bathroom floor, and the air conditioning did not work. They sent up a maintenance guy (he was nice at least) who could not fix it and opened the windows, which don’t have screens so allowed bugs in if left open. Received a bill for $95 for 1 white claw, when the fridge was never even opened. The showers (both rooms) did not drain and would pool water. Also not very clean, our room had people’s names written in marker on the wall, extra bed linen required as the mattress was not covered. Only giving 2 stars because the staff (when not entering our room unannounced) seemed very friendly, otherwise would have been a 1. Do not recommend.
