Elizabeth at check in was amazing! Went out of her way to get our bridal dress shopping group of ladies adjoining rooms - which made our weekend extra special.
Benjamin the doorman was so sweet & caring - very welcoming when we returned from our outings. Loved talking with him. He is a true peope person who makes you feel looked after.

After confusion at checkin (couldn't find my Expedia reservation for about 15 minuts "Due to computer issues").Mya not only stepped in t o fix but helped with change we had to make to accommodate a relatives illness. The Conscierg at Gold level got/delivered a quart of Hagandaz to our Granddaughter wnrn disapointed ni icecream!!

The whole experience was wonderful. The valet was so kind, the rooms were gorgeous with a great view, the location was walkable to the shops. Wish we could’ve stayed longer

So amazing we booked a Christmas trip while we were there! The only thing we could say negatively was the pillows were very uncomfortable and when we called for additional or firmer pillows there were none available. But the rest of the experience was so good we’ll try to bring our own pillows next time.

knock our door in two days while we are still sleeping.
There are extra Urban Experience Fee which is supposed to be city tax already, they charge extra tax on top of this fee.forgot to give me credit on the check out day. the light in the locker room could not be turned on. I paid extra for a two beds room but ended up in a second bed room for a linked family room.

The check-in process was quick as usual. The room was nice but there was dried soda/wine/juice on the counter above the mini fridge and the toilet was also dirty. The staff were polite and helpful. The stay was nice but being charged ~$86 when nothing was touched, damaged or otherwise puts a damper on the whole experience. This is the 2nd time I’ve been here and also the 2nd time being charged like this. I wouldn’t count on a 3rd stay.
