Go to sleep after a long trip at 9pm. At 10 pm room service comes inside my room! Told them to leave, fall asleep again 10 min later they call me to apologies! Didn’t sleep at all the entire night. For a 5star hotel is an hotel with old rooms and furniture is completely outdated. Concierge and bellmen where good especially Beyonce

We were not given the type of room we had reserved (which was stated specifically in the confirmation email). The towels in the room were worn and frayed. In the women's locker room, the swimsuit dryer was not operational. Hallways were very cold.

We booked a Deluxe Double room with 2 beds for 4 guests. When it came time to go to bed, it became apparent the beds were tiny (they were only full beds). My husband kept falling out of bed with me and my children did not have enough room to share a bed either. We explained the situation to the front desk who offered us a 1 bedroom suite with a sofa bed which sounded nice. Hoever the sofa bed was miniscule and only about 4 feet long which meant my daughter had to lie diagonally and my husband and I had to share a bed with our teenage son which meant we were packed liked sardines. When we explained the situation to the front desk they did not want to help any further without us paying extra for a larger room. They even had the audacity to say we should have booked 2 rooms! for the 2nd night, I requested a roll away bed. Initially it did fit in but they found a very narrow and short bed that just fitted in the room if we pushed all the furniture against the wall. We were very disappointed with the whole experience as Fairmont is supposed to be a luxury brand but my kids were sleeping in small camping beds. Why advertize a deluxe room with double beds and allow the website to book for 4 guests if in fact it is only meant for a 2 person occupation? We had two very bad nights of sleep with the upheaval of moving rooms and moving all the furniture around. I think it only fair that this stay be reimbursed.

Most everything was lovely, but there was a mustiness in the room. That prob can't be helped but it affected my allergies a bit.
Otherwise, not loving the Urban Experience Fee per night. No idea what that means and wasn't part of the original price (I'm sure it's in the byline agreement, but that's shady). Just put it in the actual price and I can judge accordingly.

Amazing service and bed. My room was on the 5th floor facing the street and was not very sound proof. Sleep was disrupted by the sounds of loud cars and a screaming man. I left the front desk know and they apologized.
