The Fairmont in Seattle is a beautiful historic hotel. We had a huge suite and great stay. Historic Olympic bar is great and hidden cocktail behind book cases is very cool. Good location at nicer end of city, the rest of the city is half empty and full of drug addict homeless people. I wouldn’t even recommend walking it in the day let alone evening. Spent a day out at Bellevue and it was much nicer.

We had a very nice room that was an upgrade at check in and it was large and roomy with a bed that was very comfortable. Staff was great and our check in was only a couple of minutes.

Shower pressure was very low. It was hard to take shower in that pressure.
Rest assured it is a nice hotel

I recently had the opportunity to celebrate my 11th wedding anniversary at your hotel, and I regret to inform you that our experience fell short of expectations.
Upon arrival, I was drawn to the hotel's online presentation, which led me to believe we would enjoy a luxurious stay. Unfortunately, the view from our junior suite was disappointing, overlooking the neighboring rooms rather than offering a scenic vista. Additionally, the linens appeared unclean, as they bore an odor suggesting they had not been properly laundered. When we requested fresh sheets and towels from the front desk, we encountered delays that ultimately required a follow-up call after an hour and a half, during which time we were unable to settle in comfortably.
Furthermore, the suite itself presented several issues. The couch displayed multiple stains and appeared to be in need of a thorough cleaning. Additionally, the bathtub's drain was malfunctioning, making it difficult to enjoy a shower.
Given these circumstances, I was particularly disheartened that no follow-up communication occurred from the management, despite being informed that someone would reach out regarding my experience. Overall, this stay did not meet the standards I had anticipated and, regrettably, has impacted our anniversary celebration.
I hope that sharing this feedback will assist in addressing these concerns for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The rooms are really nice and the lobby/bar area is a comfortable, pretty place to spend some time outside of your room if you don’t want to go anywhere. 1 block from the light rail station and walking distance to many downtown activities. We will stay here again!

We had a great stay. Very nice hotel but were still kid friendly. Our stay was a breeze. We loved the indoor pool, we used it all 3 days. Beds were cozy. Nice location. Will def come back for a kid free stay soon.

Go to sleep after a long trip at 9pm. At 10 pm room service comes inside my room! Told them to leave, fall asleep again 10 min later they call me to apologies! Didn’t sleep at all the entire night. For a 5star hotel is an hotel with old rooms and furniture is completely outdated. Concierge and bellmen where good especially Beyonce

We were not given the type of room we had reserved (which was stated specifically in the confirmation email). The towels in the room were worn and frayed. In the women's locker room, the swimsuit dryer was not operational. Hallways were very cold.
