Beautiful hotel with excellent staff and centrally located. Many great coffee places, restaurants and Pikes Place market all within walking distance .

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was lovely and well appointed. I also very much appreciated that the staff made up our bed and replaced our towels, and straightened up the room each day. During Covid so many hotels dropped services, and haven’t brought them back. Thanks for making hotel stays enjoyable again!

One of my favorite hotels. It’s absolutely gorgeous. Friendly staff. Wonderful lobby bar with delicious food. Great walkability and close to everything.

Somewhat dated property. Rather a dark poorly arranged suite. Staff had zero charm or engagement. Their loyalty programme website is very glitchy and always experiencing technical problems. You’re likely to find better value and experience elsewhere. Sadly can’t recommend.

Property is fantastic. Valet is a bit expensive.

Was first time staying here and was beyond expectations

Generally a wonderful place to stay. Our only complaints were that our room was located on the front of the property and the building across the street had Rooftop event space almost parallel to our window and they held several outdoor events late into the evening that were noisy. This is beyond the hotel’s control- just know that a front facing room might be noisy.

Beautiful hotel and very nice staff

The Lobby (Filipinos, Asians, The Sales Director and Reception) very well handled, super friendly and caring! Its now my fave hotel in Pacific Northwest! Outstanding positive vibe lobby lounge and my room is so beautiful even the concierge, bell boy were wonderful! Oasis in the city for solo trip!

Great spot pool and hot tub was beautiful. Great food options in the area such as the purple cafe across the street.

We were at the Fairmont over the weekend, and only one out of 5 elevators was working. The hotel seemed to be at full capacity and there was no staff members around to assist and direct you to the stairs. The phone lines were down throughout the stay. During room cleaning, our beds were done but water was not topped up in the jars. For the price of this hotel, the service should’ve been better. The women’s room shower downstairs has no running water and the front desk did not seem overly concerned about. This seems like a lot of issues for a hotel at this price point.
