Flagship Inn of Ashland

the TV was difficult. Could only search channels by the up and down arrow. only found one local channel and couldn't find Fox News or CNN. Biggest problem was the free breakfast didnt open until 8 am. i have never seen breakfast open that late, and we had to leave before that. so couldnt tell if we missed anything. i am guessing not based on the overall condition of the property

Wonderful stay. Water was hot, shower head was powerful, Bed was very comfortable and the place was absolutely Quiet. I highly recommend and will be returning

Good, but little outdated

The power was off and I would not have known until arriving. I have a medical machine that cannot freeze. I expect full refund.

Nice place to stay in Ashland. Mexican restaurant right next door for tacos. Inexpensive for the area. Breakfast was more like a continental breakfast, but they did have an expresso machine that made a nice coffee to take on the road.

Quiet, close parking. nice staff.

Breakfast options were limited (I wish they offered hard-boiled eggs and plain yogurt), but that’s my only complaint.

Good value for our one night stay in Ashland, safe, quiet and very clean. We liked the complimentary breakfast, especially the waffle maker.

The set up of the room was very cramped all at one end. End of bed less than 18 inches from chest of drawers. Good size frig though. Complimentary breakfast day one had a very small assortment with no fresh fruit nor yogurt . You also have to specifically ask for any maid service. During tourist season we found their service much better.

We like the hotel overall, it’s close to our daughter’s house. It’s quiet and the owners r always very friendly and fix any complaints immediately. Our smoke alarm was beeping when we checked in, the bathtub/shower had hairs in it. It needs an overall remodeling. The ice machine was broke down for a day while we were there. But we will continue to stay there. The price is very reasonable and it fits our needs.

Older and not upscale at all. But far better than a Motel 6, for example. Staff was exceptional.

This place is clean, newer beds , comfortable, has complimentary breakfast. Near case coffee. Sammich, and morning glory restaurant. Friendly staff. A great experience.

Great price, easy check in, k- pod coffee is a plus

A clean, spacious room with good furniture and facilities. Staff is friendly and polite. There is no luggage cart so moving things from car to room can be cumbersome if your car is not parked near your room.

I don’t know how this place got so many good reviews. I’m sure it might have been nice….40 years ago. The carpeting looks that old and dirty, and there’s no excuse for not up keeping the place for those rates. Water took forever to warm up, and was low pressure. Heat wasn’t on in winter, and heater looks older than the carpet. I cringe thinking about it spewing mold, as the vent was dirty.
