Love the hotel! Very clean and staff is great! Love that you do lot need to leave to do do shopping, dining, or gym. You also have the pool and the beach right. I feel like I am on vacation everyone I stay here!!

Very mediocre, not a 5 star hotel stay.
The service in not particularly friendly or helpful. Rooms are noisy.
Made a reservation at their restaurant , mirabella and had a long wait despite reservation. The hotel feels very corporate with gaudiness sprinkled in. Do not recommend.

Weather was amazing, pool atmosphere was on point. Every one of the staff members were extremely helpful. In the mornings, there are HIIT classes offered for guests from 6:30-8:30am. Overall 5/5 experience and will stay here every single time I return to Miami!

Some of the lights in my room, and the TV, weren't working. They tried fixing it, but they couldn't figure it out right then. They offered us to change rooms. Overall, our stay was really nice. Stunning rooms, gorgeous grounds, and of course, the beach!

Didn’t like anything, reception is super packed, elevator you have to wait 10-20 minutes, every elevator comes already packed if you live in middle floors, they don’t have dine in available the whole hotel was doing uber eats at evening and night time, they have good pool good ocean beach, good club, no complaints on that, definitely i would not recommend

Very noise.no service.i called at 11 oclock to order some foods nobody picked up the phone like 30 min.no slippers for that hight price that hotel is like 3of 10
