I loved the room! Absolutely beautiful. KUDOS.
Staff was fantastic, except valet department. Not at all friendly, no smiles, cold.
I'm an appraiser of hotels and my last impression of a facility is when I leave. I think the hotel needs to work on the valet department. I would give you a "D" for this area of the hotel. Also, music that loud in the morning is too much.
Your best employee is Juan Aguirre at the front desk. Five stars to this gentleman.

My husband came to the Fountainbleau first time in 1972 for democrats and republicans convention… Now I took him back here for surprise anniversary… we enjoy it and it was a wonderful trip . Great brunch buffet, Nice fitness , love it❤️

The tower we were staying in elevator not working I would not recommend anybody to go there very long lines for elevator
And for the VIP access I had to pay extra for a room upgrade $750 for three nights

I have stayed at this property in the past, but it was a very long time ago, and my room was in the main hotel building during that past stay. I really wanted to like this hotel. It is located in a beautiful setting and is an iconic hotel. However, it is NOT a luxury hotel. It is a convention hotel (nothing more nothing less). I stayed in one of the surrounding towers (Tresor). It appears as though these towers/rooms are owned by timeshare owners and rented by the hotel. During my stay 2 to 3 of the four elevators were generally out. The wait to get up and down to your room sometimes took over 20 minutes after waiting in a long line in the elevator bank. The rooms were very sparse and reminded me of a Holiday Inn Express. The facilities (pool, restaurants, lobby bar, etc.) were originally built to accommodate the hotel itself. When a large number of people are staying at the hotel (and surrounding towers) like when I was staying there (a holiday weekend), the facilities simply cannot keep up. Good luck getting a drink in the lobby bar, or a meal at one of the restaurants, or a place by the pool. I will add that the food was generally good, and the staff were always friendly and trying to help. I will likely stay in another hotel on my next stay in Miami Beach.

The long walks to your buildings is excessive especially when you have to valet your car in the first building. The valet took a lil longer than expected and the elevators were broken in the tower I stayed so it took 40 min to get to my room the manager did get it fixed immediately. Overall good stay just a few things to address

The location is perfect. The property is beautiful definitely a little pricey. I was a little disappointed that they charge you at checkout for on site amenities offered even though their amenities that you would not necessarily use. They charged us $60 a day for access to bikes that they offer and a gym But if you’re not using those, I don’t feel that you should be charged and then if you do need an umbrella, which we did they charge $25 for that so that was a little discouraging to be charged for services that you’re not specifically using especially when you booked through Expedia and was told it was paid in full and everything was included.

Very mediocre, not a 5 star hotel stay.
The service in not particularly friendly or helpful. Rooms are noisy.
Made a reservation at their restaurant , mirabella and had a long wait despite reservation. The hotel feels very corporate with gaudiness sprinkled in. Do not recommend.

Love the hotel! Very clean and staff is great! Love that you do lot need to leave to do do shopping, dining, or gym. You also have the pool and the beach right. I feel like I am on vacation everyone I stay here!!
