It is a 5-star. Beach and pool are amazing. but they did not provide coffee machine in the room. You need to pay for everything here which you usually get for free when you stay Marriott or Hilton. Overall it is a happening place.

Only thing I didn’t like was say he safe didn’t work and they came to try and fix it but he couldn’t then left and said he would be back in 30min but never came!

Every restaurant closes 10pm. Be carful sushi my son n got food poisoning. Try to get rooms with balcony because other rooms look very old. It’s very safe only night time it’s a nightclub and lots of drank people don’t let your kids alone.

The property is tiny with three towers. Many people all the time. 3-4 conferences happening at the same time.
The music in the lobby plays so loud that you cannot hear yourself.
Main concern is that in our bathroom window floor to ceiling had a broken curtain panel so our neighbors could see everything in the shower. We asked the Concierge and housekeeper to send someone to fix it. 3 days after I had to write an email to the property management in order for them to send someone.
They do not care about their guests privacy!

Place is getting old, pools and exteriors need a touch up. The service charge on everything is brutal, I get the restaurants and bars, but not for coffee. Breakfast (two coffees / bagel/ orange juice) is $65
