O my god this hotel is a total rip offf. You literally have to pay for everything. Umbrellas, chairs, cant bring food in by the pool .

Overpriced and overhyped. The amenities don’t nearly meet the expectations. Everything requires a fee even a robe. Staff stole some items and were still awaiting compensation. Rude staff

I like that it was classic and has a history.
For 5 star though it doesn’t seem great. Didn’t even have water bottles in room.
The night club brings large groups in.
And the Turf pretty at the pool but is extremely hot you can’t walk on it.

Hotel was clean. Not enough hotel staff. Valet parking was unorganized and overcrowded. No late night food Only on certain days. There was 1 food truck. Still trying to figure out the $200 a day deposit. That was ridiculous for everyday you stay there is a $200 deposit fee daily. Smdh!!! Wasn't worth it

The hotel all most makes you feel like you’re either privileged or you are nothing.. turn one way to go to our room One security guard standing in a halfway lit hallway by the elevator. You turn the other way and you would think you were walking into a fancy resort beautiful chandeliers employees greeting and security everywhere. I was definitely not impressed with the room we were put in granite. I did not book the most expensive room however my view from my back deck at home is a better view than this high dollar hotel. There is a lot of service charges on everything anywhere from a couple dollars to $36+ per charge, upon discharge there is $140 charge that I am still checking into to find out exactly why. It cost $32 a day to rent an umbrella and at 6 PM whether you are done or not umbrellas will be taken. They had cabanas lined all across the waters edge at $450 a day which completely blocked a view of anyone sitting in the chairs behind them and you were unable to move your chairs in front of the cabanas. The chair sitting next to, and in front of the cabanas go with the cabanas so your view was completely occluded. overall not impressed. The only three things I found decent was the beds were comfortable, housekeeping came every day made the beds and left towels and the food was good but expensive for two cheeseburger's, order of fries and tap water with the tip and the service charges was $90.

Terribly outdated room; luggage rack never worked, water damage in the room, bathroom door could not be locked due to swelling of the door (water damage) and Drain flies all over the bathroom (I have video). Hotel wouldn't do anything and said they were sold out and didn't have another room available.
