There are many things to love about this place. My room was big, the bed very comfortable, lots of pillows; the pool facilities are amazing; upwards of 7 different pools, each serving a different purpose; I could always find a chat and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. I loved the Mirabella restaurant! Excellent food and simply wonderful people. Thanks

The property was beautiful. I felt very safe as a solo traveler. The resort had many dining options, which was great and the staff on the beach were really friendly and guest oriented. The fridge and Kerig in my room could have used some cleaning, but other than that, my room was great. Housekeeping was very prompt and helpful also.

It was awful. I was locked out of my room for two hours due to the lock pad battery going out. It took them forever to come let me in and it was late at night. They did not put a rush on it at all. The tv was out for a while, the toilet is loud when you flush it. It sounds like it’s struggling so be careful. Also, the food from in room dine in is AWFUL. It has no seasoning. The food truck was great though. I chose this hotel bc I thought it was classy but it was not at alllll.

The property is beautiful. This is a higher then average cost hotel, but the restrauants and scenery were worth it.
My issue are I was charged 3 times for one meal that has yet to be corrected, when we checked in there was a guest in our room, and it took a while to get service on the beach even in a covered cabana.

Everything was amazing besides the fact that the cleaning ladies only cleaned once instead of twice. No big deal but we asked them to clean at 2, we then left for an hour and came back and they didn’t clean.

I have never lodged here, was super excited and that was quickly watered down by staff. The staff was rude, upon check in they continued to try and upsell me. He spoke very poorly of us using a third party and was not accommodating with any additional request because we went through a third party. It seemed like they gave us the worst room. The elevators needed to be fixed, leaving us very anxious everytime we got on, the hallway smelt like seafood, and more. I was very disappointed in the stay. It was 4 ladies and we all agreed that this was our first and last stay.

The shower was dirty. The house keeping manager was very nice and made it right, just upsetting seeing a dirty shower first day there. The staff at the pool day bar were rude and nothing was done about it. Will not be back.

My wife and I have just returned from our honeymoon at the Fontainebleau. The hotel was brilliant in terms of cleanliness and facilities. However, we noted on our booking that we were celebrating our honeymoon and we weren't expecting any freebies from the hotel but we didn't get a warm welcome nor were we made to feel special that we were staying at the hotel to celebrate our honeymoon. The staff & hotel lacked any sort of personable touch. We booked one of the more expensive suites with an ocean view and we felt as though we were just another couple staying at the hotel.
The hotel itself was immaculate and very impressive. There was plenty of amenities around the hotel complex but the cost of the food & drinks at the hotel was much more than what we had anticipated. However, the quality of the food & beverages in the many restaurants at the hotel was fantastic but at some eye watering prices. Particularly the grab & go breakfast counter, where we spent $70 on 2 hot drinks, 2 orange juices & 2 croissants.
It was a good hotel and we did enjoy our stay, we especially enjoyed the beach access & the staff on the beach were brilliant. But it was just the costs of food & beverages and the concierge desk staff that let the hotel down.
