Everything was great except part of our group was not told that one of the junior rooms was too close to the Club and the family couldnt sleep all night. Maybe you can house young and party crouds on that side of the hotel and families on the other end so they dont complain. Something to think about.

I really enjoyed my stay with the pool and beach location. For how much I spent on the room I expected nicer. The room itself wasn’t bad except I paid for a “Bayview” and it over looked a roof with a sliver of the bay visible. But there was water damage with a fan going in the hallway and every single wall was scratched and beat up. I don’t expect perfection I just wanted the overall cleanliness to be held to a better standard.

They kick you out of the pool area at sunset (6pm local). They take all the towels, umbrellas etc for comfort. They do not provide chairs or anything complimentary for the beach. We rented a bed hut for $215 but they took it back at 5pm.
They claim to offer bedside service when you pay the $215 but they also charge you a service charge for each order/run. There’s no complementary coffee, bagels, nor breakfast. To pay a resort fee but be shutdown at 5 and 6pm is unfair and a rip off.

The hote is beautiful, upbeat vibes this is the place to stay however staff ignored our daily multiple requests to fix out leaking shower, leaking is not the word, flooding I'd rather say it would flood out into the entire toilet and bathroom area, and we spent our time after each shower mopping it with our towels which was not even enough. Another thing is we were supposed to get resort credits it was never offered only after we left I read the email. this should be stated at check in. other than the bathroom experience everything else was great

Overall very crowded and there’s a club inside the hotel making it so difficult to valet park on Friday -Sat worst days to be there. The staff are not very pleasant.Valet parking guys were all great . Hotel staff not so much

Walls had multiple scratches on them in the hallway, upon arrival piece of the door latch was broken. Housekeeping kept interrupting me during my sleep with entry before I can even get up. Not enough variety of snacks/ gift shops for the hotel to be a 5 star. Good luck getting a water from a vending machine there was none. I felt as though if you didn’t spend more than an arm and a leg to upgrade your stay at a higher room rate you don’t get the same benefits in my opinion. Overall Stay was okay

We had a great time! Spent the weekend for some R&R And everyone was great. From the checkin with Tyson at the front desk who was extremely friendly and helpful to the bar tenders, our stay was amazing. Will definitely be back!!

We took an uber from the airport, it was confusing to find the entrance, no one helped with our bags, the check in process took forever, and there were long lines.
once we finally get ready to go to the beach, there were restrictive policies for what you could carry into the pool but it was not clearly communicated or enforced at the pool entrances. For instance, my friend and i had a small paper bag with us, and we were stopped and checked, the woman at the etnrance said she had to check all bags, there were 3 other women with very nice luxurious beach bags and they were not checked at all, one women just went straight passed the security. My friend and I felt like we were unfairly selected for a "random" security check based on superficial assumptions. It was upsetting and uncomfortable. I talked to the front desk, and they "made a note" and sent it to their managers. I never heard back from them.
When I followed up with them, they said that there are separate managers for pool security and hotel management and that I would need to contact people separately. This fragmented approach allows the hotel to disregard any responsibility for mistreating supposedly "valued" guests.
Not only was the pool area extremely crowded but it wasn't even regularly cleaned. In the morning you'd find plastic cups and garbage in the bottom of every pool. It was gross.
It was also super inconvenient to have one cafe, that had long lines each day just get a morning coffee.

The property was nice and smelled really good, the staff was personable and accommodating. The restaurants had ok selections and the food quality was pretty decent, the rooms are a little too small I enjoy the boardwalk renting bikes to ride and the pool areas
