We had a great stay. Great property. We took advantage of bicycle rental, banana boat rides, and outdoor exercise classes. Food and drink prices are very high but that was what I anticipated. Family of three with a teen son.

If you like Vegas, this felt like Vegas on the beach! The pools were very busy. We spent most of the time on the beach though. Great staff on the beach that helped set up chairs for us each day we were out there. Beach chairs are included in the stay which was nice. Be prepared for an additional charge for an umbrella though if you want one.

We had such a great time at this resort. However, we were really inconvenienced by the elevators being limited as two were down. Things got worse and we missed out on an evening in Miami when the elevators stopped working. I was then forced to walk down 22 flights of stairs in order to have dinner. Once we made it back to the room, we waited for the elevator that never came. We missed out on an evening as we were stuck in the room.

Tresor tower elevators were under repair? Waited 30 min on our departure day (Friday) for a ride down. During our stay it was 10 min wait each way. Ridiculous.
