This resort was beautiful inside and out .
Keep in mind on top of what they charge you to stay, they will also charge you a resort fee, NOT ONLY THAT THEY DON'T TELL YOU TELL YOU GET THERE YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY $78.00 A DAY TO PARK AT THE RESORT.

There is nothing 5-star about this property. We arrived to find someone else’s dirty towels and socks on the dresser. The blackout shades were broken, and the toilet was out of order. When maintenance finally came the next morning, it overflowed and made a mess. We called housekeeping—but unless you call, they don’t show. The fridge froze our water and wine. We had to request basic essentials like soap and towels. Pool chairs and towels were worn out, with rips and holes. We were wrongly charged for parking even though we didn’t have a car, and instead of refunding, they opened a “dispute” and told us to follow up ourselves. Bracelets required for beach and facility access were only given to us after we checked out. Completely disorganized and disappointing. Would not recommend.
