My stay at the Fontainebleau Miami hotel was absolutely unforgettable! The beauty of the hotel itself was stunning, and every staff member I encountered was so kind and welcoming. I especially loved spending time at the pool and beach – having them so close made it easy to relax and soak up the sun. Plus, its central location made exploring everything around super convenient. I definitely plan on going back!

3 night Girlfriend’s birthday with 15 sixty- something year old party girls attending. Staff friendly and helpful. Lobby gorgeous and historic. Room similar to most Doubletree ( without the free cookie and bottle of water) or Marriott 3 star rooms except the shower pressure was a dribble. The refrigerator wasn’t usable to put leftovers or my bottled water in bc of all the sensors. But the PRICES! Omg! We were shocked- $72. for 2 regular vodka martinis, $8. For a glass of Diet Pepsi and bottles of Fiji water are $5. Or $10. ( small or large.) The nail clippers in the little shop were $321. ( identical pair $1.97 from Amazon.) I don’t mind paying for quality or an experience but this was next level sticker shock.

I stayed for 12 days and it was a big mistake. It was not the luxury resort I expected! The pool areas were not up to scratch. Dirty and incredibly noisy and crowded and a riotous crowd descended in the pool areas in weekend with loud inappropriate music. I was shocked actually! Definitely will not stay here again. Breakfast was good but had to escape to gym every day because there was nothing else to do. Lobby and bar were so cold like a fridge it was too uncomfortable to remain there and enjoy. Hakkassan and Prime steak house was good but crazily overpriced! I spent over 400 dollars each time I went there for 2 people so 4 times as expensive as everywhere else. Even Nobu next door which was exquisite had better prices. As for the Italian restaurant Mirabella, it was disgusting. We both were very sick after dining and trying the Sunday special. Starters steak and dessert were terrible. The steak was so over salted that it wasn’t edible and the mango ice cream dessert a big disappointment of menu and choice. Absolutely outrageous!! This hotel has serious management issues and should decide who their clientele is and who they are targeting because believe me no quality guests would ever return to this place. The choice in Miami is huge and your management should take lessons from serious restaurants like Novikov, Stubborn Seed, Nobu, Lucky cat, Ruth’s, Hard Rock Guitar Hotel and many more.

The hotel was beautiful. The pools and access to the beach were nice. I didn’t like the vallet parking because I had to wait about 40 minutes to get my car from the vallet parking. Other than that everything was beautiful.

I felt that there was a price on everything, breath fast $78 plus tax plus service fee all over rated.
Take away coffee $9
No coffee maker in room no tea only beverages that were totally overpriced. Could have done with a coffee. It was very big and busy. I’d prefer to spend my money on luxury in Europe.

We had a wonderful stay overall! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. A special thank you to Leo and Grayson, who were always available to assist with anything we needed, and to Isaiah at the front desk, who was exceptionally professional and welcoming.
The location was perfect—just steps from the pool and beach, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas always available, which made relaxing so easy.
The hotel rooms could use a bit of an update, and cleanliness could have been better, but these were minor issues compared to the overall experience.
Would definitely consider staying here again for the service and unbeatable location!
