I’ve stayed at fountainbleu in Vegas and was expecting the same quality and size of rooms. This hotel is older, but for over $400 per night I would expect more. The bathrooms were tiny and only one of us could get ready at a time and even then the space was very small The shower was hard to get in and out of and very confined. We paid for an ocean view however in order to see the ocean you had to stand in front of the window and look all the way to the side to even see anything. I would save your money and skip staying here.

Honestly after staying in another 5 star property nights before this was a major downgrade as far as the room itself goes. No slippers or robes in the room the bathrooms are dated and room was overall basic. The properties amenities is what saves this place because it so well kept on the outside and smells so lovely when walking around. I give them major kuddos for having a microwave and fridge in the room because most places do not so I loved that. But all in all, I am one and done for the price I paid I could have stayed elsewhere.

I stayed at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach recently, and honestly, it was disappointing — definitely not a true 5-star experience. It felt more like a 3-star hotel that relies heavily on its name and social media image. We stayed at the Tresor Tower, where the elevators were extremely outdated and unreliable. On Saturday, June 28, after 2 PM, someone triggered the fire alarms, and we had to walk down 15 flights of stairs multiple times because the elevators were shut down. Hours later, after the situation was resolved, we called the front desk out of frustration — not only did they offer no help, but the staff member actually hung up on us. The elevators made strange noises, and the doors looked old and unsafe. It felt like there was zero concern for guest safety. The room cleanliness was okay, but nothing special. Housekeeping seemed unsupervised and inconsistent. The food at Vida was way overpriced — $45 per person plus fees and tips. Staff was kind, but slow and inattentive. Drinks went unrefilled, and it was hard to find anyone when you needed service. One of the worst parts was the lack of pool access control. Anyone could get in — including people who were clearly not hotel guests. They weren’t checking for wristbands, and the pool area got overcrowded and honestly felt ghetto. On Monday, someone walked into Vida restaurant with just nipple covers and a thong under a see-through dress. There’s no sense of decorum or dress code enforcement, which ruins the experience f

Overall a very big & nice hotel however extremely over priced. Also beach umbrellas are not included you need to pay extra. For the price of room here you would think the facilities would all be included.

Liked the history. Not a good value for the price. They clogged up traffic for incoming Ubers and Taxis but was wide open for their valets for their vehicles (and tips).

They charge for everything. They charge a resort fee daily and they will charge you for the private bar in your room if you just pull the bottle from the spot which it was in.I was charged 27 dollars for 3 days.

One of the worst stays. It all started with my reservation being cancelled and then no one could do anything about it except charge be 30% more for an inferior room. Also, they didn’t clean the hotel room at all during our stay. We had to call for clean towels, then toilet paper. Who runs out of toilet paper in a two day stay? The valet was completely over priced at $68/day and took almost an hour to get our car out. Never ever going there again.

Just okay - not quite worth the hype. Stayed 1 week Stayed at the Fontainebleau Miami and overall, it was alright, but nothing spectacular. The hotel caters heavily to business events, which made for an odd atmosphere - walking through the common areas in bathing suits, slides and coverups while others are in business attire felt off. Restaurants and beverages on-site are significantly overpriced. We tried the Sunday Supper(fixed menu) at Mirabella, and at $60 USD per person, it wasn't worth it. Portions were small without sides of veggies and the experience didn't match the price. Maybe the a la carte menu offers better value. Fortunately, there are several restaurants off-site within walking distance that offer better value and a more relaxed dining experience. The pool area had great energy - live DJs played throughout the day, which added a fun vibe. We spent most of your time lounging around on the beach and we could hear the music which was actually a nice bonus. Beach chairs were complimentary, but umbrellas were extra - a bit of a let down for a resort in this price range. Overall, the experience was decent, but if you're looking for a true luxury resort feel from the start to finish, you might want to look elsewhere.
