We stayed for 5 nights and had a fantastic experience overall. Check-in was smooth and easy. We originally booked a partial ocean view room, but were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a full ocean view room—which was also more spacious. A great start to the trip!
Our room was in the Versailles Tower. While the elevator closest to the lobby was out of service for the duration of our stay, the alternative elevator was just a short walk away and didn’t cause much inconvenience.
The hotel itself is massive and absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere throughout the property is vibrant, especially in the lobby from Thursday through Sunday night—it’s a whole vibe! Even just relaxing there and people-watching was entertaining.
The atmosphere at La Côte was amazing—great music, energy, and views. It was definitely one of the highlights of the trip.
Even though the hotel was fully booked, we never had an issue finding a lounge chair by the pool or beach, which made relaxing even more enjoyable.
The staff was consistently friendly and attentive, particularly at the bars, pools, and beach area. Everyone went out of their way to make the experience enjoyable.
It’s worth noting that everything at the hotel is on the pricey side, but that’s expected for Miami. The good news is, you can always venture off the property to find more affordable food options or order delivery and meet your driver in the lobby—super convenient.

It was great. However, the “room upgrade” for an additional $50 was really a downgrade. They gave me a partial ocean room with a balcony. I had paid for a full ocean view in the Chateau, but got the Versailles Tower. Also, there was a $250 fee for using the round lounge chairs.

The property changed a lot since 11 years ago. I think it should be adults only ,not with unsupervised kids running around! I think its way overprice, and everything you ord has automatic 20% sevice charge included . Rooms they don't have a refrigerator ,just the minibar which is full of their overpriced liquor and water! This was my second time here and pretty sure the last one.
