The beach, pool and rooms were great. The food was pricey and gratuity even worse. An order of wings and 2 beers at the pool was $75.00 including gratuity and tax.

My experience at the resort was disappointing until I upgraded my room. Unfortunately, the staff was neither helpful nor welcoming during my initial stay in the "Chateau Towers," which gave the impression that quality service is only reserved for guests who spend more. The difference in treatment after moving to the "Sorrento Tower" was noticeable — it felt as though each tower came with a different level of respect.
It’s disheartening that in a resort where nothing is inexpensive, all guests are not met with the same standard of hospitality. Everyone deserves great customer service, especially while on vacation.

Overall the property is very nice. We had issues with the AC and refrigerator in our room and were moved to another room. Although it was the same class of room, the view was much better. I was aware of the exorbitant fee for parking however for that amount of money, it would be nice if the valet didn’t leave an empty beer can in our cup holder. The pools are beautiful and despite a few issues, I would stay here again.

The resort was fabulous. The amenities were great. The staff a d the clientele was great as well! My only problem was i just thought the restaurant prices were a little steep and the beverages were also a little pricey for my likings. But other than that no complaints about anything else and i would definitely be coming back to visit

This place was a perfect place to stay at for a first timer in miami like myself. The bar, the clubs, the amenities. Very accessible. I did had an issue with the beach access keycard but i've talked to them already about this and they immediately reached out to me and gave me $100 food credit for the inconvenience.

Everything you need is there. However for the amount of money you pay, you would expect the washrooms to be clean when you arrive to your room at check-in. We ordered additional glasses and they were dirty. Staff did get us more glasses but again, for the price we paid, you would expect them to already be clean. Additionally, the fridge was also not working. We called and they told us 3 times they would send someone - no one showed up. Property and amenities were great. Staff was also great.

This property is slightly dated and could be more current with their aesthetics. The linens and towels in the room and at the pool weren't white and crisp. They were clean, but had a yellowed and stained appearance. They could use a better laundry service. I dislike the layout; it's confusing and chaotic. That being said, the front desk staff, cleaning staff, boutique staff, and waitstaff at the pool gave good customer service...EXCEPT the fellows who were responsible for putting the towels on the beach chairs. They were sort of lounging around, slacking, and acting annoyed if someone wanted a towel. Overall it's upscale and gave a resort vibe.
