My husband and I enjoyed our lovely stay. We celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary by staying at this property and for sure it was Top Tier😊

The ice machine on our floor was broken for all 5 days of our stay. We ran into some rude staff members trying to obtain ice from other floors seeming that you have to have a key card to access other floors. At one point we were told to just “take the stairs” back and forth to retrieve ice. We are 61, 55 and 53 and should not have to lug ice up and down the stairs. It is documented that we waited over 57 minutes for ice on very hot days and we were spoken to very rudely being told to basically suck it up “they will get to it when they can!” Other than this, and the few rude people surrounding this issue, the hotel, other staff and restaurants were amazing! Access to the pools and the beach were effortless. We still had a wonderful stay.

We loved the hotel and everything about the surrounding, but the hotel managers do not care about the guest. I booked 2 rooms for me, my wife and kids. And they would not allow me to us a steam bath for 1 day. Instead asked me to pay the $100 as a passing guest

The place is nice, pool was very well alive with people and a good atmosphere. The frustrating part is the surprise costs when you check out. I feel it’s very deceiving after you are all booked and thinking that is all the costs for the stay. Then you check out…. Surprise, you get an additional hotel fee for every night you are there. So really they lure you in with cheaper upfront costs then charge you on the back end. I’m sure all the other hotels do the same thing, be different and actually look out for your customers and have all charges up front, no surprise fees at checkout.

Lots of hidden charges, don’t like that there is snacks and drinks in the room, kids are not aware and when they picked up the item to look at it you been charged even tho u didn’t consume or purchase, that don’t make any sense having it there, if u don’t pay attention to ur statement when u check out, u been charge for stuff ur not Aware of, also when I tried to do a emergency call customer service was pretty rude, this will be my first and last time here, other than that our vacation was good of activities around Miami

The first room we booked into the mattress smelt like piss. The second room(the pictures attached) was just as dirty and not even cleaned. I am pretty upset with my stay, this is a health hazard. This was our honey moon and it was a complete disaster. Staff was not friendly , they even called us liars.

Fridge in room didn’t work but there mini bar was cold. I had someone grab my bag after checkout and basically asked me for a tip. I said I would tip when I pick up the bags. He says you won’t see me again. The food was good. But the hotel is only about money. They don’t address issues that you have. I asked to speak to someone in management and they said come to the front desk. Where the line is an hour. There was garbage in the hallway when we checked in. I saw 3 to 4 workers walk right by it. The carpet is stained in the room with food and that stuck to the wall. I just want what I paid for. This
Hotel is not worth the visit. I would never come here again.
