With the exception of the pool attendants, cleaning staff, the entire staff were rude, inconsiderate, inconsistent and disrespectful.
I have been traveling to Miami for over 15 years and have never been treated in such a manner.
The wait staff were extremely rude to me, however I saw how they treated white couples and men better than I was treated.

The bathroom was the smallest bathroom of any hotel I have ever stayed in. The tower we were in felt dated and much lower quality than the rest of the hotel. The hotel was darn near impossible to get around in, very confusing lay out. For the price I expected a lot more.

Con: Unfriendly service. Poor customer service. Making guests uncomfortable with checking bags every time re-enter property to assure money on food etc is spend at Fountainblue hotel. Definitely not family/kid friendly on weekends as inappropriate bachelor/bachelorette/bridal shower events. Room was dirty upon arrival (floor, bedframe, shower walls). Expensive restaurant/cafe.
Pro: Many pool options, walking distance to beach, good restaurants around ($$$$), beautiful building/lobby.

Stayed in the sorrento tower. We were supposed to be in a beach front room and were put in a pool view / partial beach view and the AC would not cool properly throughout the entire stay

Stay was good overall but we did not have a refrigerator or microwave in the room which means a lot of food went to waste bc we couldn’t warm it up. Pool closes extra early so we were not able to enjoy it during late evening hours

Our room phone didn’t work, and there was a very loud noise in our room. We couldn’t call the front desk so we had to go down. The noise was from the aire conditioner.

We loved the hotel and everything about the surrounding, but the hotel managers do not care about the guest. I booked 2 rooms for me, my wife and kids. And they would not allow me to us a steam bath for 1 day. Instead asked me to pay the $100 as a passing guest
