We had a great stay. Great property. We took advantage of bicycle rental, banana boat rides, and outdoor exercise classes. Food and drink prices are very high but that was what I anticipated. Family of three with a teen son.

My overall stay at the Fontainebleau was amazing the room, amenities, and atmosphere were top-tier. Everything exceeded my expectations and made for a memorable experience. However, the valet service was a major disappointment. Despite requesting my car well in advance, they forgot to call it in, which caused a significant delay and nearly made me miss my flight. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected more reliable service, especially for something as important as timely transportation. That aside, everything else was truly excellent.

I didn’t like the fact that it is a tourist trap. Everything is beyond expensive compared to the price of the hotel booking. I tried getting my car and they wanted to charge me 120 dollars just to retrieve it.

The property is very large. The tower our room was located in had severe problems with elevators not working throughout the entire stay making it difficult going up and down from room. Pool services were not great and on many days we had to find the towels and prepare our chairs ourselves. The cleanliness around the pool also was not kept up. The room was very large and comfortable and spacious and the staff in our tower were nice. We had a pleasant stay though I am not sure I would stay here on a future visit.

Fountain blue charged me for non -stay booking from Expedia. A mistaken wrong day arrival charge. Expedia page doesn't have cancellation button, when you click by accident, it force the user to buy hotel reservation. If you attempt to book with Expedia page use extreme causion, perhaps don't use expedia.

I would LOVE to give this stay a 5/5 because that is what I was expecting and hope I can get next time we go but I just would like to share our experience.. when we checked in we were given room keys to THREE different rooms- all whom we walked in on dirty and with luggage. It felt very invasive and unsafe considering that we had access to other rooms without their knowing. Thankfully the rooms had safe but makes you think who could get into your room without knowing. They did compensate us but it did leave us questioning our safety and piece of mind. The space was clean and service was friendly. We will be back due to all the amenities I just hope they can figure out the management of rooms and accessibility. I will say the room we finally got into still wasn’t all the way clean and had trash left over. The beds were comfy but overall for the price we expected much more luxury and cleanliness.
