I stayed at the property as a Gold tier member. They disputed the benefits that I was entitled to while staying there, including the room upgrade and late check out. The front desk claim to that expedia was misrepresenting the perks. Despite me showing them my status, they refused to accept my status. They also had a system update the night before and it took us over 30mins to get checked in.

The staff was friendly cold, charged us for room drinks and i had to follow up twice to rwkr off the charge. Cleaning staff didnt want to clean the room, if we were in a room once they opened they smiled : oh, no room service ? When we said we wanted it , the smile was gone , we were tild : you have to leave now then.
Not a family friendly hotel, loud club music 24/7.
We didnt get ANYTHING for VIP Expedia status, for our anniversary celebration and couldnt even pay for late checkout.
Will not come back.

Beautiful property.
One major downfall of this property is with it being as luxurious as it is there was nothing open or anything available to early risers for coffee enjoyment. Ive been to numerous hotels and there is ALWAYS coffee available pre-breakfast downstairs.
The bed is extremely comfortable. I wish i knew the model of the bed and pillows i slept on to oreder for my home.
The rooms are set up perfectly.
Disappointed they dont offer Hotel Shuttle to and from the airport for there guest. Disappointing they rather have there guests book an expensive private ride which for one person is over a hundred dollars or prearrange other transportation. This is disappointing.
The food. The food is out od this world expensive. Lets not talk about the water. The only bottled water which is offered is Fiji, big bottle $12.80, smaller bottle around $8. If you are ordering food inside the restaurant they will provide a take out cup of water.
The gym is located far from where you stay. It is clean and opens at 6am which if we stay in the hotel it should be keyroom accessed 24/7 not limited.
With the amount of money we are paying for our stay, im Disappointed that we are limited on simple access to the basics.
The facility is super clean. Staff is very nice.

Property was very nice, but service was not the best. Pool bar near the beach made horrible drinks . Basically ice with no flavor. Didnt give option for the size just charged for large. Hotel lobby bar was top notch . Great service and drinks. All food on property was great !

Only one lift out of 4 worked. Took 30 minutes each time we wanted to take the lift even to the point we took the stairs to the 11th floor. Toilet seat broken. Have to phone concierge several times to get something and then sometimes they didn’t come at all. Pool area closed when staff felt like it. No certain times. Rude staff with a can’t be bothered attitude to paying customers. STAY WELL AWAY!!!
