We had so much fun staying here for our first time in Miami. The pool was beautiful, staff was awesome, we even saw Floyd mayweather while we were there! The beach access is top tier, we watched the sunrise every morning with practically the whole beach to ourselves. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you !!!

The property was great. When I got to my room someone was already in it but he was a millionaire so I didn’t mind. He immediately got out and actually had the room next to me and a few others. The view was amazinggg, I had two balcony’s and the corner room. The food was delicious and they people were great along with the pools and spa, lovely

The property is absolutely beautiful with pools and beach etc. Just the room had broken shower door, very loud AC and toilet flushing obnoxiously loud. Some affordable breakfast place inside would be appreciated. The resort is breathtaking!

Overpriced and Underwhelming
I expected a premium experience at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, but what I got was a series of upsells and disappointments. Everything—from pool chairs to basic water—comes with a charge. No complimentary filtered water anywhere, and a single bottle costs $14.
Dining was equally inflated: $18 for a kid-sized pizza, $75 for two sushi rolls and a bottle of water. The value simply isn’t there.
Even the pool hours felt out of touch with family needs. The kids’ pool closes at 6pm—right when the weather becomes ideal for little ones. Adult pool shuts at 7pm.
For the price point, I expected quality service and thoughtful amenities. Instead, it felt like a constant nickel-and-diming. Would not recommend for families or travelers seeking comfort without constant surcharges.
I booked a bay view room but given a view of the rooftop.

Expedia. We request two queen size beds, ready to pay and an add on pop up to an ocean view, cost little more. We expecting two queen and the ocean. We only got the ocean view and not two queen size bed. Terrible for us.

I cannot complain about the hotel overall—rooms were comfortable, the restaurants were very good, and the location is perfect for getting anywhere nearby. The service and amenities were also solid. My only negative experience was with the staff at the lobby bar, who came across as quite rude
