I hope the elevator service can be improved, each elevator ride requires a wait of about ten to twenty minutes.

I know there are a lot of mosquitoes there. If I can burn some mosquitoes, I will give more. I know it is difficult. In addition, the door lock leading to the beach is broken. When I went out, the staff told me that I could come back if I had the room card. Later, I found that the room card could not be recognized. I wandered around for a long time and could not get back to the hotel. This experience was not good.

Overall the hotel facilities are good, but there is no microwave and small refrigerator for food

Hide spending too much

Overall, it was fine and I would consider staying there again despite the lower stars given. Convenient options on-site for food. Couples massage was not worth the expense, but it was more for the experience and occasion. The spa staff was very helpful and friendly, as was the staff on the beach. The spa staff was very responsive to helping locate items I mistakingly placed in another locker while there. When we arrived, we had to call maintenance to fix a sliding door that was broken. On our final day (only stayed 2 nights), we learned our refrigerator was broken (not a major issue, but inconvenient). We also had issues with our safe that required waiting for someone to get to our room because we also needed to check out. An hour and a half later we were able to retrieve our items. I spoke with someone on-site that told me they couldn't help me with some sort of credit for the issues and Is have to call back the next day. It took over three weeks after calling multiple times, in addition to the initial effort while there, and being told someone would get back to me to ultimately have the issue semi addressed. The manager that I eventually spoke with was very kind and receptive though and was willing to credit me fairly.

Although is a beautiful and clean property the service is not great. They all have an attitude. Everything is extremely pricey and food is not great for the price you pay. Valet is 85$ per day and they take forever to bring your car. Again the attitude is like if you are not paying for the services. Ive been to cheaper hotels that have way better service and amenities.

Great place, lots of history. One hiccup, the place does not have a general store to buy drinks or snacks.

Every corner was very beautiful and very nice. The staff were very dedicated and extremely polite. The pools and the ocean were very accessible. The only problem I encountered was the shower inside the room—it was very old and had very little water pressure. It would take 30 minutes just to wash long hair. Still, it was worth it, and I will definitely return again.

Overall great place. Wish the pool hours were a little later that’s about it.
