I know there are a lot of mosquitoes there. If I can burn some mosquitoes, I will give more. I know it is difficult. In addition, the door lock leading to the beach is broken. When I went out, the staff told me that I could come back if I had the room card. Later, I found that the room card could not be recognized. I wandered around for a long time and could not get back to the hotel. This experience was not good.

Room smelt like weed upon first entering. No coffee pot in room. Someone’s vape left in drawer by snack bar. Made me question how well the room was cleaned. Left over crumbs left all over snack bar (for purchase items). Not a good way to get someone to buy something! Was not made aware of complimentary bike rental and other amenities when checking in. Service charge on everything you buy (including a coffee). I had really high hopes when staying here, a very average experience.

The elevator wasn t work very well, we need to wait between 20 to 30 min each time we want to go diwn or up. I have an appointment at 12 at the spat i get there at 12:15 and she take of my time for my massge i get only 40 min when i paid for 50. The women spa didn t have sauna, mostly off the spa has separated with my husband only 1 pool we can be together. I ask before i make an appointment if they have Hammam they say yes, when i get there no Hamman, no salt room...very disappointed. And outside 2 pool was under construction/reparation. In my room in the toilet was broke too so almost 500 for a night and lot of issue and disappointed for our anniversary. Don t recommended sadly
