酒店整体感觉还不错，房间设施比较贴心，床很舒服

飯店環境清幽且提供免費停車，附近生活機能及品質也很優。房內空間不小，還有浴缸可以泡澡。比較麻煩的是若住在二樓的房客需要搬行李廂走樓梯上二樓，不過還好該旅店最高也只有二樓，大體上是間我會回訪的旅店!

價格合理，房間乾淨，服務好、生活又便利。

Telephone for room service is not working

Slept there one night, rm 215 the phone didn’t work, it was there but not working. I called the front office with my cell, their suggestion was to continue using my phone. No conditioner, In the morning I asked where was the breakfast area. I was sent to the Bistro restaurant next door and the place was not ready it was empty 9:30am nobody to be found. Other guests kept saying, there’s nobody there. We all decided to go eat elsewhere. Served myself coffee from there hallway.. milk was not good.. I will have to say one good thing, there was no noise and we slept well. This could be a really good place if only it was well kept.

The room was very nice and the patio had a nice view of the pool

Nice, clean room. Comfortable bed. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great place to stay and super friendly staff. The grounds are under renovations at the moment but the rooms are all updated and extremely nice.

Ac did not work and had troubles checking in

The staff was great. Very helpful when need their help. They gifted the kids with toys to utilize for the pool which the kids really enjoyed. Great customer service. The downside is the hotel is not the most clean facility. The beds and room was clean for the most part but there are many areas through the hotel that have been neglected.

Ran out of conditioner mid shower, so needed to run down stairs to get more. The person at the front desk was nice and provided more conditioner. Would have love softer beds.

Bed was uncomfortable, pillows flat. The security door that looks like you have to use a key for, didn’t lock. Didn’t give me a safe feel.

I really loved the room itself. It was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, which made a big difference during our stay. The cleanliness definitely stood out in a good way. However, a few things made the experience less enjoyable. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, which was frustrating, especially with luggage. What made it worse was that the front desk staff wasn’t friendly or welcoming. We weren’t even told where our room was located, so we ended up wandering around trying to find it ourselves. If the customer service matched the quality of the room, this would’ve been a much better stay.

The first night and room I went to the room to sleeep and woke up and noticed dried blood on the foot side of the bed I immediately got a new room and a thirty dollar voucher for the property I went to order a hamburger with the voucher and there was no cook maintenance man took pictures of the sheets,the next morning woke up to cockroaches climbing on the curtains. This place needs a management change to oversee there operation
