The hotel was average. But for the room price it was a place to sleep for a night. The staff I encountered didn’t seem interested in assisting or answering any questions. Arrived late and just wanted to grab some food quick at the bar / restaurant in the lobby. There was nothing quick about it. We came close to telling them to forget it. We were the only two there and it was an hour for a burger and chicken sandwich. Food was good though. Would stay again if needed. However, I might check into the Sheraton Suites or the Aloft Hotel both in the same parking area.

The room was clean but had a distractingly strong smell of mildew. Only spent one night and had early flight but couldn’t wait to get away from the smell.

Front desk was polite and fast. Bar was nice

Older hotel but the staff is great especially Nicole, front desk. The $25 parking fee needs to be eliminated.

Air conditioning couldn’t cool the room beyond 75° on an August day

The check in was strange, I was asked what time I would be leaving on a one night stay, while check out is at 12. Very bad impression......

This property was a short trip to the airport and the shuttle driver was great!

Great stay. Only problem was the keys. Losing the program on them. I kept it away from my phone but still had problems.

I chose this hotel because of the close proximity to Philadelphia airport. But next time, I will choose a different hotel.

The airport shuttle was terrific and timely, staff was helpful, they let us check in early. The location is great, we slept in so we didn't get to enjoy the complimentary breakfast, bummer.

Overall, the stay was fine. My friends and I (three total) were only there for one night. The desk staff was friendly and efficient upon checkin (Mikayla), and the representative who I spoke to in the morning was also friendly (didn't catch his name). The hotel would be nicer with a little TLC/a few upgrades. Some things were a bit outdated but it wasn't bad. The shower floor was pretty dingy and looked like it needed a good scrub to be clean. The bathroom faucet in our room sprayed like crazy when we turned it on. You had to lightly pull it up just a little bit to use it. The temperature of the room didn't seem consistent either. The beds were comfortable, though, and it wasn't a bad place to stay. I didn't check out any other amenities/rooms of the hotel so I can't speak about them.
