They were overbooked but when we got there they upgraded us to a suite. The rooms were clean and nice. The pool was awesome with the indoor/outdoor feature.

There's nothing wrong with the property, but if I knew there wasn't an open bar and restaurant and hasn't been for a year, I'd have booked somewhere else. They said they've been telling Expedia to update for 12 months.

Nothing like the pictures in the add. Put a $150 dollar hold on card for incidentals and there are no incidentals available. The bar or attached restaurant are not complete and not open as shown in the add. Should have stayed at the Holiday Inn

I was told there would be a $50 hold on my card till check out for security deposit and there was $150 hold the receipt for the security deposit said $106 not happy in the slightest

Microwave not working. Had to move nightstand away from wall to have access to outler to plug in CPAP. Key card would not work at rear door entrance. Room was clean and comfortable.

This hotell seems pretty new. Room still had a freah newness about it. It was nice. The pool was nice. There was a strong smell of Marijuana in the halls. You could hear things in the rooms next to you. The outside door on the side by the pool was not locked even though there is Key card reader there. Also the nice thing there was no noisr after 10p.

This hotel no longer has a restaurant in it, there for no complimentary breakfast. This should be stated on their profile and on there website. I did go to the website and it says nothing about the restaurant being closed. Also inside pool was cold.

Almost the entire hotel was under construction.
There is a restaurant in the hotel that is closed for good but I saw no mention of this upon booking and this restaurant was one of the reasons I choose this hotel. I was very disappointed to learn this restaurant was closed. Which left me no choice then to venture out into the town to find another place to dine. Was very inconvenient.
The walls were paper thin and I could hear conversations from other rooms. I could even hear a cell phone conversation between a guest and the person they were speaking to on the phone as it was on speaker phone.
A lamp that was mounted on the wall next to the bed was was slanted and I touched it and it fell completely off the wall. They moved me into another room after I called about this. The new room was just as bad but without a lamp falling off the wall.
The bed and pillows were awful. They were so unbelievably soft. All and all a very unpleasant experience here and I would not return and would warn others not to stay here.
