Not so good, I requested a wake-up call and it didn’t happened
I was supposed to have a room with a indoor yard view and they give me a wall view (horrible)
Shuttle was not assigned at the time I requested. I almost lost my fight.

We really did overall enjoy our stay here. The restaurant is good, rooms spacious, pool and hot tub clean and well kept. My only two complaints were that our room smelled like cigarettes upon arrival and that nobody to clean our room/ give new towels. I had to call down the third day. Other than that it’s a great place with great staff. Love the workout room!
