This a beautiful quiet but at the same time lively hotel. Service is excellent and location, the best for visiting Austin Downton and a nice jog around the Lady Bird Lake.

The hotel is in a perfect location to shopping, eating, and the River. Has an excellent trail on the River for walking, running, or riding bikes. Definitely would recommend this hotel. The service and staff were wonderful.

Joey was outstanding on our arrival and accomodated our room change request. Greeted us repeatedly during our stay. Room was very bright and quiet. Dennis was an outstanding server at dinner and again accommodated our requests.

I have stayed at this property on at least three prior occasions. The location is about as perfect as you can get and convenient to downtown offices, dining, entertainment and the lake. The staff and service is superior. Food is great. The lobby bar overlooking the lake is spectacular. While the rooms were very clean and updated, the bathrooms were a bit small. It is unlikely that I would stay anywhere else in Austin.
