French Quarter Inn

The hotel was lovely. The staff was knowledgeable & friendly. The location is convenient. The breakfast and wine & cheese times were very nice. I would recommend this hotel to others. All the staff was very friendly. Suggested transportation was also excellent.

I loved the hotel, amenities like breakfast, PM snacks and cookies and milk! The staff was wonderful. One concern: the bathtub was too slippery. It is a "vintage" tub, slippery bottom and no grab bars. The location is great. Note: Parking is very expensive ($50 a day with taxes, etc.)

My friend and I had the best time in Charleston! I would highly recommend French Quarter Inn. The staff was so friendly and helpful.The wine and charcuterie was excellent, as was breakfast.The inn is within walking distance to the best restaurants and shopping.Jay had our car pulled up and luggage in the trunk before he left for the day ( I mentioned we were leaving at 3:00). We were running a little late after lunch and needed to leave for the airport as soon as possible. We were so happy to see everything ready to go! Thank you so much Jay! I also bought shampoo, conditioner & salt scrub at the hotel… wonderful products. We were also welcomed with a glass of champagne. I am looking forward to coming back with my family soon❤️

A wonderful hotel, love the balconies to relax and get some fresh air. Rooms clean, comfortable. Little extra amenities that made it special. Staff friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

This property is absolutely amazing! It is located right across from the Charleston market with tons of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was unbelievably welcoming and helpful. Each member of the staff really added to our stay. The hotel itself is gorgeous. We stayed in a room on the third floor with a balcony and it was stunning. This was the best hotel stay we have ever had.

Everyone was so nice and they had skittles and jelly bellies and cookies and cheese and crackers and wine and a wonderful breakfast. The hotel is close and walkable to everything. It’s fabulous. I love it The ladies at the front desk were so knowledgeable where all the places I wanted to go were.

Fabulous stay at the French Quarter Inn. We were treated to a 5-star experience. Staff was super friendly and helpful with tips on things to do, places to go during our 3 day visit. Rooms were fresh and comfortable. Breakfast was great as well as evening tapas, along with other amenities (had to stop eating so we could go out and enjoy all the great restaurants in Charleston). Property itself is well maintained. The Lobby area was quaintly decorated that extended into a courtyard and balcony to enjoy the premises. Location of hotel is in heart of the French Quarter, so we parked the car and walked everywhere up to shopping on King Street, to all the churches and historical old homes, to the marketplace and the waterfront. Perfect location to explore Charleston. Plus more restaurants to choose from than meals in the day. Truely a wonderful stay with Top-notch Southern Hospitality abounding. Kudos to the French Quarter Inn and its staff. Can't go wrong if you stay here.

We have a party of four our stay was excellent! All of the staff were so nice and friendly. This hotel was centrally located near everything. They had a nice breakfast that you could have in your room or in the common area. Which was very nicely decorated during our say it was complimentary water and wine. They also had one cheese, crackers and other hors d’oeuvres during certain times of the evening and even had milk and cookies if you needed a sweet snack later on. When I come back to the city of Charleston, I will definitely make this where I stay

The French Quarter Inn is an amazing hotel! You are greeted with champagne at check-in, and then are provided with a wine and cheese reception in the evening and cookies and milk later on! The property is immaculately kept and you see the fine touches that set this hotel apart everywhere you look. This is our favorite hotel in Charleston and it is a “must-stay!”

This hotel was perfect for our stay. It is close to the best restaurants and bars. The staff is amazing and very detail orientated.

Beautiful inn with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, exceptional service in a great area for walking to many restaurants, parks etc. The happy hour for wine and charcuterie was very enjoyable as well. Definitely recommend!
