This was a great stay for a quick business trip. The staff was very friendly and the room we were in had been recently renovated. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Idaho Falls.

Staff really friendly and helpful. The hotel clean and safe and quiet. If you towed cargo, drive big motor home or big rig , long cargo. They have gravel space with 24 hrs cctv for parking.

We haven’t stayed here since their switch to garner. Overall it was nice. One thing we noticed is that there wasn’t a pool when the website said there was one available. So that bummed my kids out but didn’t change the overall rating of the hotel.

This was a newly remodeled hotel. The only downfall was that there was not a pool. But the rooms were nice and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. The customer service was great. The breakfast was good.

The TVs were out of service. The window was broken and would not close so bugs and noise got in. No in room coffee machine. The AC unit would not run as a fan.

First of all, you indicated there was a pool, which was THE reason I booked the hotel for three kids who were excited to swim. There is NO POOL!!!

It is advertised that there is an outdoor pool, but upon arrival we learned there isn’t one. After reading other reviews we learned it has been since the recent renovations they haven’t had a pool. The beds were a bit too firm, but otherwise it was very clean, plenty of towels, and soap brands that are known and trusted; not something that is made up by the hotel industry. Some of the staff were exceptionally friendly while others seemed indifferent.
