It was great, the room smelled musty but overall I would not complain for the price. It had what I needed and in a great location. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was really good.

I had a great experience here. Room was nice and clean. The free breakfast was good. Biscuits and gravy. Lots of other things to choose from waffles, yogurt, cereal, danishes, hard boiled eggs and I'm sure I didn't even see everything that was offered.
The only thing I have complain about is the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. I would stay here again

We stayed there because i was having a medical procedure done in Harrison, Ark. This hotel earns a 10 score from my family and i. Friendly, clean, convenient access to highway and all Branson activities.

So much to say but I put it on their fb page. So many ants inside our room reported and was told normal for season to live with a billion ants !!! And so dirty. Used tissues just gross

The room was the worst in our two week road trip. Toilet flushed when it wanted. Door security lock broken. Door handle for bathroom falling off. Bed one step above a cot. Floors were gritty. Bathtub stained or not cleaned.

Room is awful. Security lock on door broken. Bathroom door handle falling off. Phone doesn’t work. Toilet refills after flushing at its own leisure. Bed one step above a cot. Bathtub stained, or I hope it is and not dirty. Will never come back.

We came into Branson for spring break. We were very disappointed there were no outdoor pools open, since most places don’t have indoor pools.
The bed in the room was miserable to try and sleep on.
The staff were amazing and went out of their way to help us find shoes for our kids and fun stuff to do.
The breakfast was ok, would have been nice to have scrambled eggs or some meat option. This place was located right in the heart of Branson, could walk wherever you wanted to go really. It was a nice place and good value for what we paid.

I have stayed in lots of hotels/motels but never had I slept in a bed with a hideaway couch mattress that had to be as old as the facility. When Sitting on the bed you sat on the frame. I told the front desk about the horrible bed but was told I can’t change because I paid for our room through Expedia.
My son and I canceled our tickets for the second show and checked out Wednesday morning. I would like to get a refund for the 2 nights for both rooms.
