The hotel was very nice. Comfortable, clean. The atrium was amazing. The food was good. The customer service was outstanding. Cost was a little more than I usually pay, but worth every dime.

Being close to Grand Canyon was the reason I chose this hotel. Would have liked and handicap bathroom. As the door hit the toilet. Not a fan of such a small bathroom.

Overall fine for our 1-night stay after visiting the Grand Canyon. It is more of a motel-feel with doors on the outside, but it was clean, beds comfy and a small table with chairs. Front desk staff was very nice & helpful and we saw an elk deer in the parking lot😳 The facility itself was dated but again, it was a clean place to sleep for one night and also very quiet!

Air conditioner wasn’t working. Pool was dirty. Bathtub/Shower was old with chips in the porcelain and appeared dirty. There was nothing to the pillows. They should’ve been replaced a long time ago.

Due to the proximity to the Grand Canyon this was an overall good stay, but there are many things that have to be improved. We are glad that the stay in the hotel was during two late evenings and nights. The hotel seems overpriced for the quality of the room.
The good:
- Location: close to the Grand Canyon
- Nice lobby/check in area
The bad:
- Outdated room
- Old (overused) soft bad mattresses
- Very little sun light (no window to outside) with not so good lighting in the room.
- Dirty remote tv
