The only reason that I wouldn’t give 5 stars all around is that it is a $68 valet service that is not advertised upon booking. The front desk staff definitely lets you know that there are parking garages near that only charge by the hour with set hours and times you’re able to access your vehicle. For such a grand hotel, there should be better options. Or ones that aren’t $68 per night.

Very nice downtown hotel! The lady at checkin helped us find an excellent hotel! She also told us to stay away from 2nd - 3rd street on Pine because that was where homeless hung out

Arrived to find a lobby full of people waiting for rooms to be ready. Housekeeping wasn’t getting them ready before the 4pm check in. Staff said it would be 20 mins to an hour to get in a room.

Beautiful room
With a great view. Very clean and liked the little store along with Starbucks on site.
Only thing we wished was offered was shuttle from
Airport when we arrived. Getting there was stressing. But the hotel and location are wonderful.

We totally enjoyed our stay. The room was updated and clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. The only aspect that was frustrating was locating the property. It seems the Hotel needs better signage to draw people into the front entrance area drive thru.
