This property is beautifully maintained, spacious, and clean, and the staff were so kind. We had less than 24 hours in Tampa before traveling home from a tiring week at a sports tournament in Orlando, and wanted to be close to the airport without the usual "airport hotel" noise and feel, convenient to explore Tampa, and a spacious, comfortable space for our teenagers to rest. This hotel checked all of the boxes! We would go back!

Excellent experience. All staff members were eager to go above and beyond our expectations. Guest service manager (Janai’ Barnes) deserves special mention, possibly due to how she addressed an issue which made my wife uncomfortable. But, we feel she is a snapshot of Hyatt’s customer service.

After we decided to stay for two nights they inform us no water or toilets for the entire day on Tuesday. Terrible service and to do that. Should refund one day.

From the moment we arrived the guest experience was truly exceptional. The hotel is quiet clean and perfectly tucked away from the noise surrounded by calming water which made for a peaceful escape. The service was far above what we’ve come to expect especially in today’s climate where hospitality standards have declined. This is by far the best, highest quality hotel I’ve stayed at in Tampa. The onsite restaurant was equally impressive from delicious breakfasts to perfectly cooked steak dinners. We were treated with such care and professionalism throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

This hotel was always clean. The staff was super nice. The rooms are pretty spacious and there’s a nearby mall and restaurants in case you want to order food. There’s also food from the hotel but I never tried it.

We were here 2024 October between two hurricanes. The staff then were overworked but still very professional.
This trip 2025 May had many of the same staff. The were just as professional and friendly. The dining here is fantastic. One of the best breakfast buffets.
Kitchen is very accommodating. Their other restaurant (Oystercatchers) is higher end and is awesome. They changed their menu from our last visit but it was still amazing.
We will stay here again.

Great stay. Beautiful view. Kids had fun in the pool. They had water refreshments in the lobby which was nice. Very clean. Buffet was amazing. Kids eat free with purchase of adult meal. The only 2 complaints I have are, beds are somewhat uncomfortable. You feel as if you are sliding off the edge. Also, we booked this hotel because of the Tesla chargers but they are not there anymore. There is a boardwalk but due to the latest hurricane, it is not accessible as there is extensive damage. There is a sign saying it will open soon. Overall, we would stay here again.
