My bed was super comfy, the staff was great, the pool Jacuzzi spa were clean and very accessible. And I love the complementary coffee in the morning. It was a great way to start my day.

Cool property. Very much appreciated the “hiker’s breakfast” bags. Really liked the bunk beds for the kids. The only change I’d suggest is a curtain on that high window b/c it keeps the room pretty light even at night.

A wonderful overnight here- friendly staff got us into our room early morning, a great relief. Room, beds comfortable, spacious. Totally pleased.

The hotel is very nice when you first walk in overlooking a gold course and a nice fireplace. As you check in and try to go to your room it’s a long walk to the one elevator hey have in the building through very worn out hallways. It’s charming to an extent but can use facelift. The hallway was also very noise and we can hear everyone slamming their doors very early in the morning to a point that my family and I woke up 5:30 in the morning and could not go back to sleep. The restaurant in the hotel served very bland food - I would recommend to find a restaurant outside of the hotel. It was an ok stay for 1 night. I would opt stay there any li get than that.

The surrounding property was very nice but our room for what we paid was not good. The stairs smelled moldy and needed a vacuum for sure. We are a bit disappointed.

I have pictures if anyone wants. We arrived late, front desk person jacob was so kind. Whitefish is expensive, but this does not seem to fit. We found food in the room under the table there are cob all over, paint peeling in the bathroom, microwave doesn’t work. I tried to heat water for 10 mins still stone cold

The property seems run down. The sides of the pool were peeling off, the carpets looked dirty and there were stains on the sheets. Also the dinner at Logan's was way over priced for what it was.

Noisy. Hotel has ear plugs in the room because the train blows its horn all hours of the day and night. Nothing like being close to a train track.

Its an old hotel but very cozy. We understood this before we booked. The woman that checked us in was very friendly. The older woman that checked us out around 5am was very rude, didnt make eye contact or even speak when i handed her the key cards. There is a young women that works in the room cleaning department, she has several piercings. What a great employee she is! Very friendly went out of her way to help our family and was extremely hospitable. I would put her on the front desk and move the grouchy one to the back. Room was cozy but AC unit is overwhelmingly noisy. I would venture to say it is violating some sort of decimal limit for occupancy. It was ridiculous! The hotel caters to move of a snobby much older golf crowd. Not extremely family friendly. We picked it because of the history and close proximity to Glacier National Park. It checked both those boxes. Its overpriced for what it is, the clientele really put a drag on what could be a great experience for families. AC units need upgraded to something made in the past 10 yrs. Would not recommend this hotel to friends or family.

I accidently put in the wrong date for my reservation. It was a matter of 15 min that realized my mistake. When i called and tried to change it, I was told it didn't matter, I would be charged regardless. This was not only through the online booking, but the front desk as well.I will be contesting the charges.

Gorgeous property. Definitely dog friendly, she got a welcome package! The only reason it is a 4 star review and not 5 is that when I got there just after 3 (check in time), the front desk clerk informed me the room wasn’t ready and before I said anything he stated “technically we have until 4.” His attitude kind of stuck with me, and when 4 came and went I went back to the desk to ask if the room was ready (after watching many many people come and get their rooms no problem) and he said “oh I was about to text you.” The bar/restaurant had not been open and I had my pup with me and we had driven a long way that day…no way she was going to want to leave! So we were stuck trying to quietly play on the patio (which was too hot) and then in the lobby (which I felt weird doing since other people were also waiting there for their rooms). It isn’t the wait I mind, just the way it was handled really.
