Great location.

The hotel front desk team was great. The room and hallways need deep cleaning. They had a surcharge for use of the pool and exercise equipment. Breakfast was $20. There was a barnyard smell on the 3rd floor. They had a laundromat.

The gorgeous doors leading into the hotel as well as the outdoor patios complete with gas fire pits. What a relaxing place to stay!

The hotel staff are excellent and the property is located near town. Has shuttles available to accommodate guests for a ride to the airport. Very comfortable amenities

Heating and air conditioning sounds like a jet taking off.

The staff was friendly and the location was very nice. Close to downtown Whitefish and 40 minutes to Glacier National Park West enterance . However the interior of the hotel in every aspect is crying for renovation . The mattress and pillows were not comfortable either. Otherwise it was an oaky hotel. Sorry this is not a 4/5 star and the price is not justified.

Great property

Jen and Andrea were excellent. Jen went above and beyond. The room cleaning was not done in a four night stay. Waste was full and never emptied, towels were not refreshed, we made the bed, room was not vacuumed, and sinks were not cleaned. We always tip for this service, but not this stay. We did tip for other services.

It was very expensive and very noisy. My bed didn’t even have a bottom sheet on it. There was no one to help get sheets for my bed. I would not go back.

The property was nice and the restaurant had amazing food. The room was a little out of date with the ac unit not working very well. Our room was too warm and it made it uncomfortable to sleep. The smoke detector was half way off the ceiling. The shower could have been cleaned better. The beds were comfy and clean. Overall a nice stay.

Disappointing stay. At no point did we feel welcomed, appreciated or special; for $300 per night, guests should expect some level of enhanced service, but not here. Starting with check-in, we were told three times that we were "an hour early" (check-in is 4pm, we thought it was 3pm, so, ok, our bad...but their curt response, multiple times, was excessive). Having some time to kill, we decided to get a drink at the bar...only to find the bar was closed; how is the bar at a historic, resort property closed in the middle of the afternoon? Later, when we were able to get into our room, we found a used band-aid on the bathroom floor. We went into town for dinner...upon our return we were looking forward to a night-cap on their patio; we asked a server if that area was in her section, she asked us if "we had a reservation?" No, we just wanted a drink. She then simply told us to "check at the host stand." So, we went to the host stand...after a few minutes someone came to us and said, "Do you have a reservation?" Uh, no, we just wanted to get drinks for the patio. We were directed to get drinks at the bar (now open) and take them outside. There was only one bartender to serve the whole restaurant and lounge, so it took quite a while to get our drinks. No "Hello, welcome!" or "How are you?" "First time here?" Nothing. No welcome of any kind. Uncaring service where we felt we were inconveniencing the staff...a thoroughly disappointing experience...and waste of money.

I had to leave immediately upon arrival due to my son having difficulty breathing and head to the nearest emergency room in Cranbook BC, CAN. I informed front desk staff, of my medical dilemma, asked for a refund, and was told that i would have to take it up with 3rd party booking company. and i was only going to be charged 1 night of the 2 nights. i was there less than 2 hrs total and had to pay for 2 nights because according to 3rd party booking company, the manager on duty at the hotel would not issue any refund.nor has the 3rd party company issued the refund. that is complete insanity to charge me for not staying there!!!

Front desk staff was excellent but room looks a little tired

We had a great experience here. The property was nicer than we expected. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They let us check in early and upgraded our room. We loved the free bike rental. The only con was when we were relaxing on the patio the hotel staff was on break and yelling/story telling and playing videos/music. Besides that it was a very quiet and peaceful hotel. I would recommend
