One of the most conformable bed i had ever slep in! Service was friendly and fast. Its nice to have an underpass to the hospital if necessary.

Our stay at Gundersen Hotel and Suites was excellent. The staff was friendly especially to our dog and provided treats. The breakfast was a nice surprise. Better than average hotel breakfasts. We booked a one bedroom king suite which worked out great for 3 people. We even baked cookies in the kitchen. We liked the layout of the room and the bathroom was accessible from the main area as well as the bedroom. A plus is there is no pet fee. We would stay here again.

Staff was very kind and helpful and room was clean and comfortable.

Overall stay was good but the blankets had dried blood on them, so they was gross.

Great breakfast

We brought our well behaved dog, no extra charge for pets. There is a good area to walk your dog around the property. Bed could have been more comfortable, there was a hump in the middle at the hip area. Loud stomping all night long above us sounding like a reverberation. So we didn't sleep well. BUT breakfast was above average and hot. Good coffee.

Great staff and loved that it was connected to the hospital. It made visiting our loved one in the hospital very easy.

Our room was an accessible room. While it didn't affect us much, the king bed in the room was quite high off the floor and I cannot imagine someone in a wheelchair being able to get into the bed. The room was on the street side and the traffic noise at night disrupted sleep. The bathroom sink was appropriately mounted to the wall for wheelchair access, but it was so tiny that there was essentially no room for one's toiletries and had no shelf for such. The water pressure was quite poor which meant that a shower took a lot of time. The only clothes rod was low to be able to be reached from a wheelchair, but then any clothes longer than a shirt would drag on the floor. There were only two chairs in the room and neither were comfortable.

Good short one night stay. Bunk beds in bedroom was a bit odd but it worked for us.
