The only issue I had was...if you have a pet they charge like $110 ($25 refundable) but that's steep when you are already paying $200+ for a room...I may choose Best Western next time :(

I generally love Hampton Inns… clean, nice breakfast, modern, etc.
This was all true except for an unusually soft mattress that was worn out and had the “taco effect,” whereby the wife and I both rolled into the middle of the mattress and slept rather poorly.
Love Hampton, didn’t love the mattress:)

I have stayed at this hotel several times a year for about 18 years without incident. This particular stay I was notified that my room smelled like smoke and I was charged $106.00. Obviously there’s no way to dispute it so you’re stuck with it. I will be sure next time to have someone from the desk to check the room with me before leaving.

I was disappointed that the pool and hot tub was not available. The last few times I have stayed the pool was closed. I choose this motel because of the pool. If I had known it was closed I would’ve stayed somewhere else. I can understand once but it has been closed 3 times now out of 4 stays 😢

The registration lady who helped us check in was very knowledgeable about her area. we asked about places to eat and shop how to get to AFB . She gave us all the answrrs with a very pleasing attitude n smile
