Good

The property was easy to get too. Loved the king room. Nice big king bed, bathroom was magnificent with glass shower doors and beautiful large sink and plenty of space to fit all your toiletries and etc. Had a desk and a lounge chair in the corner to watch TV. I enjoyed my stay

I wanted to give a 5-Sat review because the Staff was amazing. I left my watch in the room when we left. I realized it on our drive home. I called the desk and he promptly went to my room and found it. He gave it to a family member who is going to mail it to me. I was so relieved. The cons were the hallways had no air conditioning. Luckily the rooms did but getting ready for our father’s funeral and then walking into that hallway was suffocating. Our bottom sheet was stained with what looked to be nail polish or makeup. Other than that everything was very clean.

The room was clean, quiet, comfortable , and the A/C disbursed cold air as a remedy for those hot days and nights. The Staff was friendly, accommodating, and engaging. Breakfast was fresh, and the area was excellent. Location was accessible to every activity on our itinerary.

Newly remodeled and updated rooms with a more than adequate buffet/ continental breakfast.

The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was not good so we didn't eat there after the first day. They didn't provide room maintenance until the end of the 2nd day. Seemed overpriced and had a very small tv in the room as well.

When I went to check in the manager was engaged in a shouting match with two people. I didn't bother staying. I went to another hotel

Construction upgrade…No pool…

There was a lot of construction going on inside and out. They are pet friendly but wanted $75 for our small 10 pound nonbarking dog to stay there.

The room was large and comfortable. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. There was an extra blanket in the closet which was helpful.

First off, on our way to the hotel, we were informed they had low water pressure so it would be impossible to take a shower. By the morning there was no water whatsoever nor was there an estimate of when they would have running water. Apparently they knew there was a blockage in the pipes. We were told they didn’t start working on the pipes until 2am, you would think a hotel that was almost at full capacity would take care of the pipes asap. We had booked the hotel through Expedia. Expedia attempted for almost 48 hours to try to get us a refund, which the hotel management would agree to. They knew due to a water outage they would be getting bad reviews, you’d think they do something to compensate for the inconvenience this would cause for their guests

We had several issues with the room and hotel. Strong fumes were in the reception area due to renovations; I could not even walk by the front desk due to the fumes making me feel ill. Receptionists were not visible at the front desk most of the time. Night stand light not working, phone in room not working, toilet paper holder was broken, and we did not have much soap. Manager lied about the pet fee and then charged us more after he saw our negative review.
