Everything was good

Terrible stay!! Tried to take showers after our very long trip from Cali only to find that there was no hot water. The front desk ladies acted like it was normal and said it would probably be the same in the other hotel room should we want to change rooms. The water stayed cold even after the recommended 20 minute wait. The bathroom floor looked like it had never been swept or mopped. The shower had a roach crawling around it which made it even more disgusting. The only good thing was the bed was comfy but with our exhaustion the floor would have been comfy as well. Very disappointed with Hampton Inn chain. The night clerk simply said “hmmm” when we told him ask the issues when he asked how are stay was… run from this place. The construction outside is another issue.

Albuquerque has very friendly people and the staff reflects this. Very satisfied

Everyone was friendly and nice the only thing I would complain about was the Bed was a little uncomfortable

I stop here once or twice a year as part of a longer trip. Great service from wonderful staff. Always attentive to my requests with a smile on their face. Very convenient location with easy access to/from highway. Large, very clean room with comfortable bed, microwave & refrigerator. Parking is close to the building with a brewery & multiple food options next door.

This Hampton Inn is old. It really needs to be updated!

The only issue we had was getting into the parking lot. Other than that it was comfortable clean and staff was great.

The facilities are the wordy for a Hampton, which I regularly stay at. Broken window shades, sink stops, elevators, in need of a serious restoration.

Excellent Customer service! Ralph was very kind to help me with a second night. Hotel is safe, friendly and clean. Highly recommend

We loved this hotel!! The lady who checked us in was the very best!!! She was so friendly and kind. I think her name started with a Sh. Also your breakfast is amazing!!! Great selection and the older lady taking care of the food was incredible she was on it and made you feel like home.

Close to major shopping areas & UNM campus.

The front desk person was great. She was kind and helpful.

Room was nice, breakfast was very good but limited seating so had to eat in room. It was a little hard to get to.
