The hotel is pretty clean, staff is friendly.
However only one elevator was working which was not convenient. Also there is no free parking like they advertised, you will have to pay $50 for valet parking/ per day. Other than that it was nice & they do have breakfast until 10am

The guy at check in barely said 2 words to me. He didn’t explain why the charge was $50 more than the room rate or mention anything about breakfast or WiFi.
The room itself was good - clean and pretty quiet. Decent price for a good location in an expensive area.

Overall great value for the property. Hotel is clean and looks like the photos. One elevator was out of service which was quite inconvenient, and breakfast is meh as to be expected.

Was there for a 2-day stay. Informed front desk that bathroom sink not draining well. Assured maintenanace would take care of it. It wasn't. Although I had hot water each morning, around 9-10PM, it was barely lukewarm.

I didn’t like how the elevators didn’t function right or Therese other one that don’t work . Overall, my stay was wonderful and staffs went above and beyond . Highly would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel

Bathroom had not been cleaned in several visits. Several stains on the walls and the mirror was covered in toothpaste foam. Heater was insufficient. It would maintain 72 periodically but mostly the room was cold. It was subzero temps during our stay. Only one working elevator and the stairs were located on the end of the building.

Parking was expensive! Had to park off site across street, sketchy site. Bathroom plumbing leaking all over floor, bathtub was cracked and off level. Only one Elevator worked, long wait times. Staff not so friendly. An ok, experience.
